Growth of the jaw structures can directed and modified if required due to abnormal development in the growing child. Some Orthodontic problems can be mitigated or corrected  while the child is in a growth phase before they become permanent in adulthood. It is important to bring the child in for a visit if you are concerned about the child's appearance.
